The Ikarus Székesfehérvár Industrial Park, owned by Műszertechnika-Holding Zrt., has been entitled to bear the title of Industrial Park since 7 December 2001. The Industrial Park covers an area of 530,000 m2 and has available building structures with a floor area of 122,300 m2, where we lease and operate our own facilities. The elements of our portfolio are manufacturing halls, warehouses, workshops and office areas.

Our industrial park is located in a prominent industrial zone, in the southern part of Székesfehérvár, between the highway no. 63 and the Székesfehérvár-Siófok railway line, easily accessible from the M7 motorway, the highways nos. 70 and 63, and all public roads in Székesfehérvár, both by car and public transport. We welcome businesses with a developed infrastructure and a European work culture.

The site is fully equipped with infrastructure. Within the site, the Ikarus Industrial Park provides a full range of energy services, maintenance and renovation of energy supply systems, as well as public cleaning and public space tasks.

Main infrastructure features: electricity supply, available power 35 kW (expandable); natural gas supply – 6 bar pipeline, available power 3000 m3/h; water supply – from the municipal drinking water network and from own wells.
