- gate service – one for lorry/small traffic and another for small lorry/passenger traffic,
- access control system with data recording cameras,

parking of vehicles
- daily parking of cars and trucks related to the established activity is free of charge (long-term vehicle storage is provided for an extra fee).

use of industrial siding and 20 t capacity bucket crane
in case of long-term demand, we provide the use of our multi-track, ramp-loading industrial siding and our 20 t capacity bucket crane above it, subject to separate cost sharing,
use of changing rooms and bath
changing and bathing facilities are available for the number of people as required, in a building with cleaning, disinfection, heating and lockable lockers, in a building reserved for this purpose,
use of forklift trucks with operator
own 2.5 t forklift truck and 5 t side-lift truck with skilled operators available for hire on an hourly or regular basis,
use of a postal intermediated service
our back-office department provides local pick-up/drop-off of postal consignments,
cleaning of rented premises
through our contracted cleaning partner we undertake cleaning and disinfection tasks with general and special materials and technologies on an ad hoc or regular basis.
